Process Engineer
Job Summary
The Process Engineer is responsible ensuring the quality of raw materials used in our manufacturing processes. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits, and collaborating with suppliers to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related field.
- Prefer 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or quality control
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaborative style
- Relevant certifications such as ISO, Six Sigma, etc. are preferred.
- Minimal travel is expected with this position

Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures for raw materials. Lead evaluation program testing for any new materials.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet the required specifications. Assess the viability of new materials and impact to the facility.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and improve the efficiency, output and safety of manufacturing processes through observations and measurements collecting and interpreting various data inputs
- Conduct regular audits of raw material quality and manufacturing processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from quality assessments to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues related to raw material quality and implement corrective actions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control processes and audit results.
